Holiday Inn Express & Suites Northwood

The breakfast was hot and there were plenty of choices. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The best part of my stay...however...was the greeting and the attention given to me by the fellow at the front desk when I checked in. I had traveled 549 miles and had performed 2 shows (I am a family entertainer) during my 18 hour workday and I was exhausted when I arrived at the hotel. Reggie was uplifting, warm, friendly, and attentive. He saw to my every need with energy and care. He certainly made me feel like I was a favorite guest.

I appreciated that you continue to serve breakfast - though modified - regardless of covid. Some places have used the pandemic as an excuse to no longer serve the breakfast promised and have made no effort to supply a substitute.
